- Position Summary
The Motor Shop Mechanic is responsible for the disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of industrial electric motors and related equipment. This role supports the maintenance and reliability of customer equipment by troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing rebuilds, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

- Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues

- Job Requirements
- Knowledge of basic electrical codes including pulling wire, components, switches, high voltage, and control centers
- Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild industrial equipment such as motors, pumps etc.
- Read and interpret schematics, plans, and operating manuals
- Fit fluid lines and pipes
- Assemble and disassemble parts

- Prior industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Work Schedule
– Typical hours, 7:30a-4:00pm, and overtime expectations if applicable
