The GSD Team: Getting Stuff Done – Together

At Brehob, we’re always looking for ways to improve what we do, and provide better service to our customers through hard work, dedication, perseverance, and an unshakable work ethic. It was this mentality that brought our new “GSD Team” to life. 

Created to build strong teamwork across the organization, the GSD Team quite literally exists to “Get Stuff Done.” It’s kind of like a human Swiss Army Knife – a cohort of leaders from across Brehob assembled to make positive improvements to our business, to troubleshoot problems, and collaboratively lead our work. Their goal is to help all Brehob teams feel invested in our shared success, and make sure all decisions made are for the greater good of the company. 

Using the traction business model, the GSD Team focuses on Issues that will help each department hit their goals, and contribute to Brehob achieving its long-term goals, too.

There are lots of benefits to having a cross-functional team like the GSD Team in place. For example, Brehob is able to implement processes quickly and consistently across multiple locations and departments, and respond to customers’ needs with urgency. It also improves synergy between Brehob’s various teams, maximizing our ability to take care of our customers and maintain our momentum toward achieving our company goals.
