One of our seven helpful customer care specialists will take your call, listen to your concerns, and dispatch a solution – often on the next day. No matter where you’re located in our service area, there’s a team of experienced technicians ready to be deployed to help – for example, our Indianapolis location has 25 Outside Service Team field members out solving problems for our customers every single day.
Brehob’s Outside Service Team members come from varied backgrounds, including past contractors, former military service members, and other mechanical and electrical service professionals. Some of our technicians have as much as 40 years of experience, and all our service managers bring multiple decades of experience to the table. Once they’re part of the Brehob team, we provide training specific to the equipment we sell and service and cross-train them so they’re ready to respond to everything and anything our customers can dish out.
